TRAINING CARS

Modern Training Cars for Safer Learning

You learn in modern, well-maintained manual or automatic training cars, chosen so that brakes, steering and visibility are reliable from your first lesson. Both cars are available in our 10-day (Rs. 10,000) and 20-day (Rs. 20,000) courses.

Why the Training Car Matters

A learner has enough to think about without fighting the car. A worn clutch that bites unpredictably, brakes that pull to one side or a seat that will not adjust properly all make lessons harder and less safe. When the car behaves consistently, you can trust what you feel through the pedals and wheel, and your instructor can focus on teaching technique rather than working around faults.

That is why we use modern, well-maintained cars and keep them in good working order. Tell us whether you want a manual or automatic car when you book.

What a Good Training Car Gives You

Dependable brakes

Predictable stopping so you learn the right pressure.

Clear visibility

Clean windows and properly set mirrors.

A proper driving position

Seat and mirrors adjusted to your height before you move.

Smooth controls

A clutch, steering and selector that respond consistently.

Your First Minutes in Our Car

Every first lesson begins before the engine starts. This routine becomes a habit you will use for the rest of your driving life.

  1. Seat. Distance from the pedals, back support and height so you can see clearly.
  2. Mirrors. Interior and both side mirrors set to cover the road behind you.
  3. Controls. Pedals, steering, lights, wipers, indicators and handbrake explained.
  4. Seat belt and start. Belt fastened, car in neutral or P, then start the engine.

Mistakes New Drivers Make With Any Car

Skipping the seat and mirror setup

If you sit too far back, you stretch for the pedals; too close and steering feels cramped. We make the setup routine non-negotiable.

Ignoring warning lights

Learners often do not know what dashboard symbols mean. We explain the main warning lights so you know when to stop and get help.

Not adjusting to a new car

Every car feels slightly different. After your course, we suggest a few quiet minutes in any unfamiliar car to feel the clutch or brakes before driving in traffic.

Safety Habits Around the Car

  • Walk around the car to check tyres and the area around it before driving.
  • Seat belt on before the engine starts.
  • Handbrake and correct gear or P when parked.
  • Keep the windscreen and mirrors clean, especially in rain and fog.
  • Never use a phone while driving.

Built for Abbottabad Conditions

Slopes, bends and changing weather put extra demands on brakes and visibility. A reliable car lets you practise hill starts, descents and wet-weather driving with confidence. The hill driving page explains how slope work fits into lessons, and both manual and automatic pages describe how training progresses in each car.

Manual or Automatic: Which Car Should You Book?

Book the type of car you will drive after the course. If your family car is manual, learning in our manual car means your clutch skills transfer directly. If you will drive an automatic, there is little point spending lesson time on a clutch you will never use. The fee is the same either way: Rs. 10,000 for 10 days or Rs. 20,000 for 20 days.

Some learners are unsure because they may drive different cars in future. In that case manual is usually the safer choice, since a manual driver can switch to automatic easily. Our manual vs automatic guide explains the trade-offs in more detail.

Ladies and the training car

Ladies learning with a female instructor use the same well-maintained cars. Wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes, and adjust the seat fully before every lesson so you can press the pedals all the way down without stretching. Read more on the ladies driving school page.

Same Cars in Both Courses

Whichever course you choose, you learn in the same type of well-maintained car. Pick manual or automatic when you book.

What Learners Notice

Placeholder feedback shown for layout; it will be replaced with real student comments.

The car was clean and the mirrors were set properly before every lesson. Small thing, but it made me feel safe.

Hina R., Abbottabad Cantt

The clutch was smooth, so when I stalled I knew it was me and not the car. That helped me learn faster.
